SILK WATER TECHNOLOGIES LTD LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY:
Products manufactured by Silk Water Technologies Ltd are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the system start up and commissioning, or fourteen months from the ship date, whichever comes first. Silk Water Technologies’ responsibility and liability shall be limited solely and exclusively to the replacement or the repair of parts manufactured by Silk Water Technologies Ltd and will not be liable for any cost arising from removal, installation, transportation or any other charges that may arise in connection with the warranty claim. Products and/or system components sold by Silk Water Technologies Ltd and manufactured by others are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of said products and/or components and not by the warranty provided by Silk Water Technologies Ltd. In addition, Silk Water Technologies Ltd will not be liable for damage to products caused by incorrect operation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alteration, repair, accident or if products were not installed and operated in accordance to the Silk Water Technologies operation and installation manual.
SILK WATER TECHNOLOGIES LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM INSTALLATION, USE, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES; INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THOSE WARRANTIES, DESCRIBED OR REFERRED TO THE ABOVE.
WATER PRESSURE EXCEEDING (10 bar) 145 PSI CAN DESTROY THE INNER WORKINGS OF THE WATER CONDITIONER AND NULLIFY ALL WARRANTIES. WORKING PRESSURE REGULATORS ARE RECOMMENDED WHERE WATER PRESSURE EXCEEDS 75 PSI DURING THE DAY (PRESSURE CAN SURGE DURING THE NIGHT).
Recommended regular maintenance and catalytic core cleaning should be carried out at least every six months.
Note #1: Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
Note #2: See Installation Instructions for user responsibility, general operation and maintenance requirements, service to the system and parts or service availability.
Where jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusions may not apply.
